2. What is the difference between dashboard, application (APP) and content?

The difference is as follows:

  1. MzoloTV:   Provides program content and manages member subscriptions.

  2. IPTV Smarters:   an IPTV player application, used to play our content (use the username and password we sent you to log in to the APP).

Note: The email you used to register is only used to receive your subscription login details; the email itself cannot be used to log in to the app.

3. What devices is it compatible with?

Our content is fully compatible with the ‘IPTV Smarters Pro/Lite’ apps. Simply install the player to access all available programming. You can view/download this app here  .

It is compatible with:
– All iPhones
– All Android smartphones
– All Android TV boxes
– Android Smart TVs (including Sony, Haier, JVC, Semp Roku and TCL)

ACCOUNT & ACTIVATION

In this section, you’ll find everything you need to manage your account: create a new account, recover your password, and update your personal information.

1. How do I register/create an account?

You do not have to register, you can directly start trial or subscribe.

Please follow the steps below to create your account and log in:

  1. Start trial from here → You will access the member panel.

  2. Download our apk and install it on your android phone or TV. 

  3. Use your dashboard login details to access the APP after installation.

2. Forgot/Recover password

If you have forgotten your password to access the member panel, click here to recover it.

If you have forgotten your  APP login username and password : they are always available on the panel or in your email.

SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENT

In this section, you’ll find everything you need to know about plans and payments: how to get a free trial, extend or cancel your subscription, payment methods, refunds, and other frequently asked questions.

1. How can I get a free trial account?

After your account created, you will see the username and password for the test account on your dashboard .

A trial account is assigned every Monday to new members. Each new member will have at least 24 hours of trial time, with only one trial account.

You need to download the app and use the login details above to access it. Check the FAQ to see which device you use and download the appropriate one.

2. How can I extend my subscription?

How do I renew my subscription?
If you want to renew your subscription or subscribe after the trial period, follow these steps:

  1. Select your package here and proceed to checkout.

  2. New username and password  will be sent to the registered email/will appear on your dashboard .

  3. Exit the APP and use the new username and password to log in again.

3. What types of payment are accepted?

At checkout, you’ll see the available payment methods. We generally accept the most popular payment methods locally.

4. Why isn't my payment being approved?

If you made a payment by card and your account is not yet active, we kindly ask that you check that you are logged into the correct account.

However, if you paid by card, waited the specified number of days, and are sure you’re logged into the correct account, but your subscription remains inactive, please send us proof of payment along with a screenshot of the ‘My Account’ menu. This will expedite the resolution process and help us investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

5. Why wasn't my subscription activated after payment?

If the app has not been activated after payment, please send to our customer service team:

– Proof of payment / Order number

– Screenshot of your profile page in the app (if any)

6. Why is the name of the downloaded APP different from MzoloTV?

Because MzoloTV only provides APK for Android cell phone and TVs, for iPhone, we will need to use 3rd party app called ‘IPTV Smarter’.

The difference is as follows:

  1. MzoloTV : you can download directly from our website. Directly install to your android TV and cell phone

  2. IPTV Smarters : The video player app (use the username and password we sent you to log in to the APP) .

*Note: The email address you used to register is only used to receive your login details. The email address itself cannot be used to log in to the app.

7. I purchased more than one plan on the same account, what will happen?

If you already have an active plan and recharge again on the same account, don’t worry—you won’t lose your valid days! They’ll be added to the new plan, and their expiration date will be extended accordingly.

8. How can I refund/cancel my subscription?

We have a 7-day refund policy. You can request a refund within 7 days of your subscription.

6. Wait a while, you will see username and password, copy them.

7. Enter a random name, username and password

8. Click ‘Download’ to update the latest content.

3. How to install on Android TV Box, TV Stick, Smart TV?

How to install on Android TV Box, TV Stick, Smart TV (Xiaomi / MX / Samsung / LG / TCL / Hisense and others.)?

To watch on your Android TV Box or Smart TV (Xiaomi, Samsung, Amazon, Roku, TCL, etc), you’ll need to enable ‘developer mode’ first due to some devices don’t allow unknown app install(FireTV Stick as sample):

 

    1. 1 Go to settings → click ‘my xx tv’ (or similar menu in other brand TV).
    2. 2 Tap ‘About’ → tap your device name 7 times
    3. 3 Now ‘developer mode enbaled’.
    4. 4 Open browser (sometimes called ‘internet’) and enter ‘mzolotv.com and download our app’ then install it.
    5. 5 Or, you can also download apk to your cell phone then send to your smart TV, see below tutorial video.
    6. 6 Claim and get your free trial username and password and enter to app, then enjoy your free trial.
